Many Mindful Whisper products are natural, handmade, hand-carved, limited, intuitive-pick, or one of a kind. Product availability may be limited and can change without notice.
Adding an item to a shopping cart or claiming an item during a live or social-media sale does not permanently reserve it. A product is not secured until checkout and payment have been successfully completed, unless Mindful Whisper expressly confirms another arrangement.
We reserve the right to:

• Discontinue a product
• Correct inventory errors

If we cancel a paid order because the item is unavailable or due to an error by Mindful Whisper, we will issue the applicable refund to the original payment method.

Crystals, gemstones, minerals, shells, wood, and other natural materials are inherently unique.
Variations may include differences in:

• Polish and surface finish

• Natural fissures, pits, pockets, or irregularities
These characteristics are part of the natural material and are not necessarily defects.

Measurements and weights are approximate unless specifically identified as exact.
For intuitive-pick items, the product received may differ from sample photographs while remaining consistent with the listing’s general product type, size range, quality, and description.

Do not ingest crystals, minerals, fragments, powders, polishing compounds, or other product components.
Do not place crystals directly into drinking water or prepare crystal elixirs unless a qualified professional has confirmed that the specific material and preparation method are safe.
Keep small, sharp, breakable, or wearable products away from children and animals. Children should use products only under responsible adult supervision.
Sound instruments should be used at a safe and comfortable volume and should not be placed too close to the ears.

- PRICES, TAXES, AND CHARGES

- ORDER REVIEW, REFUSAL, AND CANCELLATION
Mindful Whisper reserves the right to review, refuse, limit, hold, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

• Incorrect pricing or inventory
• Duplicate orders
• Resale activity without authorization
• Abusive, threatening, or unlawful conduct
• Attempts to evade product limits

If we cancel a paid order and no exception applies, the appropriate amount will be returned to the original payment method.
Customers may request an order change or cancellation before fulfillment, but approval is not guaranteed. Orders cannot be changed or canceled after fulfillment or shipment.
- LIVE AND SOCIAL-MEDIA SALES
Products claimed or purchased through an authorized Mindful Whisper live sale, invoice, direct sales event, or social-media channel are governed by these Terms of Service and our other store policies.
A comment, claim, screenshot, direct message, or verbal statement does not complete a purchase unless Mindful Whisper confirms the sale and all required payment is received.
Unpaid claims or invoices may be canceled and the product may be made available to another customer.
- SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are processed and shipped according to the Mindful Whisper Shipping Policy.
Delivery dates are estimates unless the selected carrier service expressly guarantees delivery by a particular date.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Mindful Whisper is not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.
Carrier delays, customs delays, severe weather, service interruptions, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
If we cannot ship within the promised period, we will provide notice and any cancellation or refund options required by applicable law.
- RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES
Purchases are governed by the Mindful Whisper Return and Refund Policy.
Because many products are natural, handmade, limited, intuitive-pick, personal-use, or one of a kind, all sales are final unless an exception is stated in our Return and Refund Policy or required by applicable law.
Natural variations and disclosed product characteristics are not considered defects.
Customers must report damaged, materially defective, or incorrect products within the period and using the documentation requirements stated in our Return and Refund Policy.
These terms do not restrict any return, refund, replacement, cancellation, or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
- GIFT CARDS AND STORE CREDIT
Gift cards and store credits may be subject to separate terms displayed when they are issued or purchased.

• Lost or stolen codes may not be replaceable
